By creating an account or using ChipPilot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ChipPilot offers Community (free), Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are eligible for prorated refunds for unused months.
You retain all rights to your RTL source code, design files, and verification artifacts. ChipPilot does not claim ownership of any content you provide or generate through the Services. Your design data is processed locally and is never stored on our servers.
ChipPilot, its logo, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of ChipPilot and its licensors. The ChipPilot software is distributed under the terms of its open-source license as specified in the GitHub repository.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CHIPPILOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE CORRECT OR COMPLETE. AI-generated verification code should always be reviewed by qualified engineers before use in production.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHIPPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
